Fields of application for flexographic printing have been constantly increasing over previous years.

We produce for you high quality, laser engraved elastomer sleeves – tailored to your demands.

We support you in finding suitable sleeve material according to required hardness and conductivity, regardless of whether you apply water- or solvent-based inks.

We work with CO²and fibre laser systems in multi-beam technology. Thus we can guarantee best quality and outstanding reproducibility in case of repeated production. We process printing sleeves up to 3000 mm width and circumferences up to 1400 mm.

We produce sleeves for the fields of package printing, hygiene, ruled paper and decorative applications. From napkins, table covers and gift-wrap up to candy wrap, diaper foil and exercise books – we produce the required sleeves at our premises.

Special applications such as glue transfer or 3D-engravings in silicone are familiar to us and will be realised according to our customers’ requirements.

Embossing Rollers

With sense for detail. Market has been increasingly demanding for tactile effects. By embossing, details on printed motifs, such as found on napkins, can be perceptibly accentuated.
